Where are the payment methods?
On zaions.com, not here.
We keep the methods and their account details in one place, the Payments (opens in a new tab) page, so a detail is never out of date on a second copy. Each method is a card with its details listed, and every detail has a Copy button beside it. Copying keeps each detail exactly as it's written. The button says "Copied" once it has worked, and a screen reader hears which detail it copied.
Old links still work. An address ending in /pay, /payment or /payment-details opens the same page.
Step by step

- Pick a method.
- Copy each detail with the button beside it.
- Add the reference from your invoice or estimate to the payment note, so we can match it to your project.
What does my invoice carry?
Every invoice and estimate carries two things you need here: the payment details, and a reference you can quote in the payment note so the payment lands on the right project. Use the details on your invoice; they were written for your payment.
When is each payment due?
Your written estimate sets the schedule. You agree to it before any work starts, so there's no payment you haven't already seen in writing.
Team is paid monthly. The package runs to the end of the month you paid for, and the maintenance add-on is monthly too, priced in your estimate.
A change in scope never adds a payment you haven't agreed to. We re-estimate it in writing, and you see what it adds to the price and to the milestones before you agree and before we build it.
What if the page shows no methods?

I'm not a client yet. Where do I start?
Nothing on this page applies to you yet. Every project starts with the brief, and the written estimate you get back names the price and when each payment is due, so you'll have seen all of it in writing before you need this page.
