Packages explained

Four ways to start: a free consultation, then Launch from $1,000, Build from $3,000 and Team from $5,000 per month. Every price is a "from" price. Your brief gets its own written estimate, and that estimate sets your price.

Current prices are always on Pricing (opens in a new tab).

What does each package cover?

PackageFromPick it whenWhat it covers
Free consultation$0You have an idea and a question about money.a call, then a written estimate against your brief with the running costs listed
Launchfrom $1,000You need one thing done, not a whole product.one of a marketing website, a brand kit (logo and graphics), a video set, or a QA and automation audit
Buildfrom $3,000You need the whole product, not one piece.a web app, or a web app and its Android app from the same code, with its admin panel, testing in every milestone and deployment
Teamfrom $5,000 per monthYour product is getting bigger, or the work won't stop at launch.a dedicated mix of development, design, video, QA and AI work, every month

Every package ends each milestone with a link to the working build and finishes with the full handover.

Mobile means Android. We don't build iPhone apps; an iPhone user can still open your web app in the browser.

Team: Cancel any time; the package runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Which package fits my project?

Two questions usually settle it. One deliverable, or a whole product? One project, or month after month?

Three sketches, one per paid package:

  • Example, not a client. A local business needs a site customers can find and call from: Launch, a marketing website.
  • Example, not a client. The bakery from Writing your brief, with online cake orders, a pickup day, deposits and a staff screen for tomorrow's orders: Build.
  • Example, not a client. A product that needs new work every month, from new screens to new videos, with the same team picking up where the last month stopped: Team.

Not sure which fits? Ask on the free call, and we'll tell you which one costs you less.

What's in the written estimate?

The plan, the price, the payment schedule and the running costs, before we write a line of code. How a project runs walks through each part.

What isn't in any package?

Some work is priced alone.

  • Maintenance and updates. A monthly add-on after launch, priced in your estimate.
  • Browser extensions and desktop apps. No package names them, so your brief gets its own written estimate. A popup that works on one site and an extension that syncs settings to an account are different jobs. Desktop apps install on Windows, Linux or macOS, and the estimate names how signing is arranged for your project, along with any code-signing certificate or store fee your installers need.

What about running costs?

They're listed in your estimate, separate from the price. That list runs from the domain and an email service to the Google Play registration for an Android app, plus hosting and any third-party service your product uses. We design for free tiers where your product allows. They continue after handover. They're billed to your own accounts.

Does the price change after the estimate?

Not unless you agree to a change. We re-estimate a change in scope in writing before we build it, and you see what it adds to the price and to the milestones.

Next: What you own at handover: everything that ends up in your name, by kind of project.
